and incorporated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

(hereinafter individually and collectively
referred to as the "Etihad Websites"), are owned
and operated by Etihad. Etihad is responsible
for the processing of any personal information
you provide to the Etihad Websites and is
notified where required in each country under
the relevant data protection legislation of that

Etihad takes its responsibilities regarding
protection of personal information very
seriously. This policy explains how we use
personal information we may obtain about you. By
using the Etihad Websites you consent to this
policy. By submitting your personal information
you consent to the use of that personal
information as set out in this privacy policy.
If our privacy policy changes, we will post the
changes on our website. Continued use of our
website by you will signify that you agree to

By completing our online application, you are
authorising Etihad Airways to store and utilise
personal data for the purpose described herein.
The data will be stored in confidence for twelve
months unless you request that it be deleted
from the Careers Website prior to that time.
If at any time you want your profile to be
deleted from our database, please send an email
to careers@etihad.ae with subject: Delete from
database. Your message must be able to be
identified with you and should be sent from the
same e-mail account you registered with us.
What information do we collect?
Etihad asks for personal information from all
candidates when applying for a job vacancy. Your
personal information will be matched against the
job vacancy that you have applied for. Etihad
requires email address and contact information
so that we can email you relevant career
opportunity information and contact you should a
relevant opportunity arise. Your email address
will only be used by Etihad Airways for the
recruitment purposes and will not be given to
any third party.
Why we need your personal information?
When you use services provided on this site, you
will be asked to provide certain information
such as your name, contact details and career
history. We will store this information and use
this information in the following ways:
• To fulfill our agreement with you, which
includes your application, sending you job
alerts, or contacting you for an interview.
• To register you with the Etihad Websites and
administer our website services, such as new job
advertisements.
• For crime prevention and detection.
• To answer any queries which you may send us by

• For any other purpose regarding which we give
information to you in the Etihad Websites.
We need to know the names and contact
information of all candidates who register on
the Etihad Career Website. If you are
registering for a career opportunity on behalf
of someone else, you must obtain their consent
to use their personal information before doing

Your application and all related information
given by you will be centrally stored on our
Careers Website and your data will only be
accessible to employees and agents of Etihad
Airways for recruitment specific information.
These employees and agents may be based in
countries other than your country of residence
or the country where the job applied for is
based.
Information that you provide will be used by
Etihad to enable us to review your experience
against the position you have applied for. We
may also contact you for a position that you
have not applied for but one that we feel
matches your skills and career aspirations. We
may contact you (by post, email, telephone or
otherwise) to request your feedback and comments

You are able to amend and add information to
your application and your last and most
up-to-date application data will be used to
assess qualifications and personal experience to
determine if they meet specific job requirements
