  UAE National Cadet Pilots Training

If you’ve ever dreamt of being a pilot, then this could be your chance to train for a prestigious career with Etihad Airways.

Our new cadet training program based in Al Ain, will be a full-time, 18 month course. Successful graduates are guaranteed a seat aboard our modern fleet as Etihad Airways’ First Officers.

Etihad is an equal opportunities employer and encourages both male and female applicants to apply. Candidates should be UAE Nationals, between 18-30 years old, medically fit with a secondary school diploma or higher.

  UAE National Graduate Entry Management Programme

Etihad, the National Airline of the UAE, is investing in its future and would therefore like to invest in you by giving you the opportunity to be one of the elite students selected to join our UAE NATIONAL GRADUATE ENTRY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME.

Graduates will develop strong leadership capabilities and form a group of professionals who are prepared to meet rapidly expanding and evolving leadership needs in various departments within Etihad. This program includes rotational assignments/tasks in all key business areas; with people and/or project management responsibilities pairing with management professionals as well as periods of high intensity classroom training and self instruction.

If you are technically minded and have dreamed of working in aviation this could be your chance to train for a prestigious career with Etihad Airways.

As the National Airline of the UAE, we have a great vision. To see more Emiratis receiving world class training and accreditation as fully licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.

Our new engineering traineeships will be a full-time, 18 month programme of study combined with structured on-the-job learning.
