Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process begins once you have submitted your application via our recruitment website.. Every part of your application form must be completed before submission. One of our recruitment team will then assess your application against the minimum qualifications required. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for telephone interview and/or assessment day depending on the nature of the job you are applying for. As the National carrier of the United Arab Emirates, we are responsible for recruiting the highest caliber of UAE Nationals who will be able to continue Etihad’s vision throughout their years of employment and for that, we have carefully designed different assessment tools that help us in achieving our goals.
Cadet Pilot :
The cadet pilot programme will include the following

Prior to foundation
•Group exercise and Interview

Engineering programme
